This agreement ("Agreement") describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Wackypug.in Affiliate Program. The terms "Affiliate," "you," and "your" refer to participants applying to the affiliate program. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Wackypug.in, owned by Art Fusion Sales & Services.

Registration and Use
To be eligible, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and provide accurate personal and tax information. We reserve the right to determine eligibility, reject applications, or terminate participation at our discretion without prior notice.

Agreement Duration and Termination
This Agreement begins upon acceptance of your affiliate application and ends upon termination by either party. Termination may occur at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must cease promoting our products and remove all related content.

Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify the Agreement, including referral fees, payment schedules, and participation rules. Continued participation after such changes indicates acceptance.

Commission Fees
Affiliates earn commissions based on qualifying purchases tracked through their unique links. Commissions follow Amazon Affiliate Program rules and rates, payable once a minimum payment threshold of ₹50.00 is met. Payments are issued according to the agreed schedule.

Order Processing
Wackypug.in manages all order processing and customer service. We reserve the right to adjust commissions for returned or canceled orders.

Website Restrictions
Websites that engage in the following activities will be disqualified:

Promoting explicit, violent, discriminatory, or illegal contentUsing spyware, malware, or misleading advertisingCollecting personal data without consentImitating or misrepresenting affiliation with Wackypug.inViolating any applicable laws

Fraud and Misconduct
Fraudulent activities, including cookie stuffing, fake promotions, or misleading marketing, will result in account suspension or termination without payment.

Spam Policy
Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or spam is strictly prohibited. Violators will be terminated from the program.

Data and Intellectual Property
Affiliates have limited, non-transferable rights to use approved marketing materials. All data generated through affiliate activities is proprietary and confidential.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for issues beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or legal restrictions.

Indemnity
Affiliates agree to indemnify Wackypug.in against claims resulting from violations of this Agreement.

Disclaimer
We make no guarantees about earning potential. We are not liable for any service interruptions or errors.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement is governed by the laws of West Bengal, India. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in Kolkata, India. Affiliates may not assign their rights or obligations without prior written consent.
